As I was going through some personal tragedies, I decided I needed to focus on me. I found some books that I would like to share with you that changed my life.
My outlook has changed. I live in the moment. I am grateful for every experience in my life – good and bad. I look for the “silver lining” in the most stressful situations. I embrace the joyous moments and the moments of solitude and silence. My vision has changed with a new perception of my surroundings and the choices I make.
I use the law of attraction, practice gratitude throughout my day and meditate as I go to bed to calm my mind and emotions.
